One new COVID-19 case has been recorded in the Northern Territory in the past 24 hours.
A 30-year-old male, who arrived on the repatriation flight from New Delhi on 6 July 2021 has tested positive for COVID-19.
He is asymptomatic and is under the care of NT Health at the Centre for National Resilience.
Since repatriation flights to the Northern Territory began on 23 October 2020:
- 9,026 international arrivals have undertaken quarantine at the Howard Springs Centre for National Resilience.
- A total of 128 positive COVID-19 cases have been reported from international repatriation.
The total number of cases diagnosed in the Northern Territory is 187. There are currently 9 active cases in the Northern Territory.
