Quotes from Director Heritage Michael Wells

“It is important to protect the Territory’s heritage for future generations.

“Preservation of heritage places is not just important for Territorians, but also attracts visitors to learn about our rich natural and cultural assets.

“Membership to the Council provides a wonderful opportunity to be involved in the assessment of places or objects of heritage significance, and to also play a role in preserving our history.”
