Set times revealed for BASSINTHEGRASS 2022!
BASSINTHEGRASS ticket holders across the nation can start planning their day at the Territory’s biggest and best music festival, with set times released for the all-ages event on Saturday, 21 May at Mindil Beach.
The 2022 instalment follows a record-breaking 2021 festival that saw 14,000 music fans descend upon Darwin from around the Territory and Australia. This year’s event will be even bigger, with 16,000 eager fans set to enjoy 12 hours of music across two stages, plus a range of entertainment and activations for all ages.
Highlights include the ever-popular silent disco; the new BASS Beauty Bar, featuring a barber, makeup, festival eyelashes, massages, hair braids, feathers and champagne for 18+ festival goers; an Illumination Station, where you can get your glitter and body marbling fix; and the Sunset Disco Beach Club complete with live music, drag performances, hula hoop shows, Caribbean bongo sets, a selfie zone and more. House of Darwin BASSINTHEGRASS 2022 merchandise will be on sale, including stubby coolers, t-shirts, water bottles and hats.
BASSINTHEGRASS 2022 is a sold out event, except for a limited number of Travello Big BASS Weekend Packages. These include a General Admission BASS ticket, plus a spot on the epic BASS Boat cruise on Darwin Harbour, and a $50 voucher to spend on NT tourism experiences.
To wrap up their weekend, BASS-goers can head along to Mindil Beach Sunset Markets on Sunday, 22 May, from 4pm to enjoy live music performances, including a set from Aussie indie-folk duo and BASS artists The Dreggs.
