Update on new cases recorded in the NT today

Following contact tracing, additional updates have become available for eight new cases that were reported earlier today.

The details of these cases are:

Female, in her 20s, BinjariFemale, in her 20s, BinjariMale, Under 10, BinjariFemale, in her 50s, BinjariFemale, in her 30s, BinjariFemale, in her 20s, BinjariMale, in his 20s, Robinson RiverMale, under 10 years, Robinson River

Interviews are still being undertaken with recorded cases and close contacts and new public exposure sites will be updated later this evening.

It is important all people in the NT check the COVID-19 website regularly to review the list of NT public exposure sites [https://coronavirus.nt.gov.au/stay-safe/case-location-alerts-and-close-contacts].

Anyone considered a close contact must immediately self-quarantine and call the COVID-19 Hotline on 1800 490 494 so COVID-19 testing can be arranged.

Casual contacts are required to self-quarantine, get tested and remain in quarantine until a negative test is returned.
