One new COVID-19 case has been recorded in the Northern Territory in the past 24 hours.

A 60-year-old male, who arrived on a flight from Dili on 25 August 2021, has tested positive for COVID-19.

He has mild symptoms and is under the care of NT Health at the NT Centre for National Resilience.

The total number of cases diagnosed in the Northern Territory is 203. There are currently three active cases in quarantine in the Northern Territory.
