Members of the Northern Territory community are invited to have their say on the future vision of the NT Library, which is moving to the new Education and Community Precinct (ECP) in 2024 as part of the historic Darwin City Deal.
The new NT Library will be co-located within the Charles Darwin University (CDU) Library, enabling greater connection between its collections and the research environment. This will create a library for the Territory’s future as well as one focused on the Territory’s past.
The Northern Territory Government is seeking community input into the NT Library’s future spaces, programs, services, and collections.
Members of the public can also register to attend upcoming workshops by emailing LANT@nt.gov.au with their preferred session date and a brief summary on their interest.
- 16 August 2021 – 9am to 11am – NT Library, Parliament House
- 23 August 2021 – 1pm to 3pm – NT Library, Parliament House
To have your say visit haveyoursay.nt.gov.au.
Submissions close 5pm on Tuesday, 31 August 2021.
