Locals and visitors alike are being encouraged to celebrate one of the Territory’s most iconic fish as part of National Barramundi Day today.
The Darwin Waterfront is hosting a free event to celebrate all things barramundi from 5pm to 8pm, with something to appeal to all members of the family.
A range of entertainment and attractions will be on offer include casting practices, demonstrations, face painting, live music and more.
In addition, Million Dollar Fish and the Darwin Waterfront have engaged local restaurants to create their own Million Dollar Dish – a unique menu item inspired by the Territory’s iconic barramundi. The Million Dollar Dishes will be available until 31 March 2021.
You can also register for Million Dollar Fish Season 6, and go into the draw to win one of 10 $100 Darwin Waterfront gift cards. Or register online at www.milliondollarfish.com.au.
