A two-year panel contract has been awarded to seven companies to deliver creative services to enhance the destination marketing strategy and proactively execute the creative plan.
Valued at $3.2 million, the contract is awarded in two categories: strategic projects and directed projects. Five of the seven successful suppliers are Territory based or have a Territory based component within the service provision.
Category A requires the provider to formulate sound strategic insights based on ongoing analysis of market research, consumer insights and competitive landscape, and to translate those insights into creative solutions that align with Tourism NT’s objectives, resonate with the identified target audience and reinforce Tourism positioning.
Category B requires the provider to deliver projects from a direct creative brief, where strategic development is not required.
Andrew Hopper, Deputy Chief Executive Officer for the Department of Tourism and Culture, said tourism had a significant requirement for creative services to assist with delivering the marketing strategy.
“The last panel contract for the provision of creative and media services ended this month, and the renewal process is a great opportunity to approach the market and re-evaluate the best fit for our business.
“We are going through an exceptionally busy period delivering on the Government’s Turbocharging Tourism agenda, and really looking to convert as many potential visitors as possible through our creative marketing approaches.
”The panel represents who we think will best help us to enhance the destination through a creative approach,” Mr Hopper said.
The successful creative suppliers include a mix of local and interstate businesses that were determined as the best fit moving forward. Successful panel contractors include:
Category A – Strategic Projects:
- KWP Advertising Pty Ltd T/as KWP Advertising
Category B – Directed Projects:
- Boab Design Pty Ltd

- Common Ventures
