The Territory Government has launched its biennial Tourism NT Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey, giving industry operators a voice in the future activities of the agency.
Industry operators are invited to provide feedback via an online survey and a more in-depth phone interview.
Survey details have been provided to registered stakeholders via a letter from the Department of Tourism and Culture Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Andrew Hopper.
For those who are not registered with Tourism NT as industry stakeholders, they can email research.tourismnt@nt.gov.au to participate in the survey.
The survey will measure stakeholder perceptions of, and satisfaction with Tourism NT marketing initiatives, strategic directions, overall performance and interaction and collaboration with the industry in relation to marketing.
The survey will give the Territory Government an excellent insight into the industry and will be used to shape the strategic direction of Tourism NT moving forward.
The survey has been sent to more than a thousand stakeholders, including accommodation providers, attractions / tour operators, transportation providers, government departments, commercial organisations and other tourism stakeholders.
The Tourism NT Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey has opened and will remain open until 21 September 2018, and results will be benchmarked with the findings from previous years.
The survey should take operators an estimated 10 to 20 minutes to complete.
