Householders affected by Tropical Cyclone Marcus who want to apply for the Immediate Relief Payment are encouraged to complete their application form before going to a Welfare Recovery Centre.

Downloading and completing the form before going to a Centre can reduce potential wait times.

The Immediate Relief Payment form is available for download from Secure NT here.

The application form will still be available at the Centres for those people who do not have access to a computer or printer.

A Recovery Assistance Hotline is now open and can be accessed by calling 1800 700 250 (select option 4).

The hotline is open daily from 8am to 8pm.
