A Northern Territory delegation will travel to China from 10-14 December as part of the China - Australia Year of Tourism (CAYOT) program recognising the close relationship between our two countries and the importance of the China market for Australia’s tourism industry.
This visit forms part of the Territory’s efforts to build a sustainable aviation network and attract a new direct international air service from China.
Key meetings with relevant airlines will occur.
The trip will also include an investment roundtable in Guangzhou, in which opportunities to strengthen tourism linkages between the Territory and Chinese companies will be explored.
