Three Northern Territory Government public servants are participating in a trade and business delegation to Indonesia, led by the Chief Minister.

The trip began on Tuesday, 10 October and will conclude on Thursday, 12 October.

The delegation will attend the Trade Expo Indonesia and engage in key business meetings with Indonesian government officials to:

·       Further develop trade, investment, economic and cultural relationships with Indonesia

·       Maximise opportunities for Territory businesses to establish and grow two way trade and attract investment to the Territory.

·       Promote investment opportunities in the Northern Territory.

The public servants travelling with the Chief Minister are:

·       General Manager, Northern Australia Development and Trade

·       Executive Director, Office of International Engagement, Trade and Investment

·       Director, International Engagement

Travel cost for the three public servants travelling to Indonesia:

·       Total for flights -  $3682

·       Total for accommodation - $1850

Travel costs are based on the official itineraries received from the travel provider prior to departure and the known exchange rate at the time.
