Experience
the magic of a moonlit cinema with free monthly movies in the Dry Season at
the Darwin Waterfront.
The
first outdoor movie, Alice Through the Looking Glass (PG), will air tomorrow evening
(Saturday 13 May) on the lawns next to the Recreation Lagoon. Movies commence
upon dark, patrons are advised to arrive at 6.30pm for a 7pm start.
The
Darwin Waterfront’s 2017 movie program includes:
- Saturday 13 May – Alice Through the Looking Glass (PG)
- Saturday 24 June – Trolls (PG)
- Saturday 8 July – Secret Life of Pets (G)
- Saturday 26 August – The Good Dinosaur (PG)
- Saturday 30 September – The BFG (PG)
- Saturday 7 October – Finding Dory (G)
Make yourself comfortable and bring a rug, pillow or deck chairs. Pack a picnic or enjoy takeaway options from the Darwin Waterfront’s local restaurants or cafes. Please remember no glass or alcohol is permitted within the parklands.
