Territorians now have more choice and increased access to Motor Vehicle Registry (MVR) services thanks to a partnership with Australia Post.
The new initiative aims to provide flexibility for customers and offer greater access to registration and licensing transactions across the Northern Territory.
There are 11 participating Australia Post outlets across the NT offering a range of Motor Vehicle Registry (MVR) services, in addition to the basic renewal services already provided.
The partnership sees Australia Post become a convenient one-stop-shop where Territorians can carry out MVR transactions and pay other utility bills at the same time.
In addition, Motor Vehicle Registry (MVR) now has a dedicated customer service counter within the Casuarina Post Shop providing full MVR services Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm.
Driver and Vehicle services continue to be provided from the Casuarina Post Shop on Saturdays 9am – 4pm providing extended time for customers to complete their licensing and registration transactions, such as licence and vehicle renewals, change of address, interstate licence transfer and replacement of lost, destroyed and stolen licences.
