Midpul Cycle Bridge over the Stuart Highway will re-open to cyclists and pedestrians from Monday 27 March.
The closure was in place while contractors re-aligned the bridge with the newly constructed shared path along Yarrawonga Road as part of the Gateway Shopping Development.
This re-alignment will deliver a more direct route to the Palmerston CBD, Yarrawonga Industrial precinct and the Gateway Shopping Centre.
BMD Urban Pty Ltd undertook the cycle path re-alignment on behalf of the Gateway Shopping Centre developers Nesfall Pty Ltd. The Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Logistics thanks users of the Midpul Cycle Bridge for their understanding while works were underway.
