Comedy Hypnotist ready to amaze Alice Springs

Department of Tourism, Sport and Culture

Comedy Hypnotist, Matt Hale, presents his hypnotically fun show Hypnolicious at the Araluen Arts Centre this November.

“Matt comes to us after a successful year wowing sell-out crowds around Australia, the United Kingdom and Asia. His show promises to be an exciting night for both audiences and volunteer participants,” Araluen Cultural Precinct Director, Dr Mark Crees said.

Hypnolicious is an all-ages show that encourages your imagination to run wild.

“Audiences will enjoy real hypnosis and real fun as Matt hypnotises volunteer patrons with hilarious, but tasteful, consequences.

“Combining the fun of total audience participation with the incredible abilities of the mind, Matt turns the traditional hypnosis show on its head, highlighting the talents and creativity of the volunteers for maximum laughs.  No two shows are ever the same.

“You can join in the fun on the stage as a volunteer and display the incredible abilities of your mind or you can laugh yourself silly in the audience.  It is completely up to you.

“Matt wants everyone to have a good time and offers his audience the promise that there will be a ‘no turning people into chickens’ guarantee!”

Winner of three national comedy awards, Matt Hale has performed all over the world, including to rave reviews in Las Vegas.

He has just completed filming his first season as a presenter on major Australian TV network Channel 9.

Ticket prices are adults $35, concession $30 and Araluen Arts Centre Members $28. All tickets are available from the Araluen Box Office on 8951 1122.

Hypnolicious is on stage at the Araluen Arts Centre from 8pm on Friday 18 November.
