The Agents Licensing Board has suspended the real estate agent’s licences of Your Real Estate (NT) and Manoli Karpasitis.

The Director-General of Licencing NT is releasing this information to ensure the public is aware the agents do not currently hold licences to provide property management and real estate services.

The Agents Licensing Board is able to prevent a person from acting as an agent if that person has committed a serious breach of the Agent Licensing Act or is no longer a fit and proper person to hold a licence.

“The Board has acted promptly, deciding to suspend the company and individual licences within 24 hours of receiving an Application for Disciplinary Action,” Mr Parnell said.

The licence suspensions will apply until the conclusion of a Disciplinary Inquiry. No further information can be released until this process has concluded.
