The Darwin Waterfront is excited to welcome its newest restaurant; the Oyster Bar Darwin.

The Oyster Bar Darwin provides an extensive choice of Australian wine and beer selections along with delicious fresh chilled or grilled oysters, share-food and platters, and of course, the impeccable waterfront views.

 “We aim to provide a professional and personalised level of service, pair it with good food, great wine and offer a relaxing and casual atmosphere for our customers,” owner-operator Kirsty Carter said.

“We’ve used a model which has worked well in Holdfast Shores Glenelg South Australian and in Mandurah Western Australia, and thought it would be perfect for Darwin.”

“We use only the best oysters that Australia, and arguably the world, has to offer. Our oysters are sourced from some the best oyster farms in Coffin Bay, situated in the heart of South Australia’s oyster region on the Eyre Peninsula, just outside of Port Lincoln.”

The restaurant is perfect for a quick catch up with friends or a whole evening out. It caters for everyone from mature tastes to favourite kids’ meals for only $8 each.

There are plenty of reasons to visit including regular live music on Wednesdays (7pm–10pm), Fridays (7pm–11pm) and Sundays (4pm–8pm).

Wednesdays is discount day – discounted oysters from open to close, and Fridays offers an “Oyster Hour” discounted oysters, tap beer and house wines from 5pm to 7pm.

The venue can be made available for small and large functions, with a menu to suit any size and budget.

Open 7 days from 11am until midnight with all day dinning.
