The Northern Territory Government's contracted banking provider, National Australia Bank, has advised that a similar nation-wide interruption to its IT systems that process electronic payments via credit cards and BPay has occurred.
NAB advises that payment channels such as internet payments, telephone and BPay are being progressively restored.
Anyone experiencing problems making a payment such as Power and Water accounts, MVR transactions, Fines Recovery etc should contact the relevant Customer Service Centre. Details can be found via the online payments at http://www.nt.gov.au
