Independent Commissioner Against Corruption - Michael Riches is the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption (ICAC) who is responsible for identifying and investigating improper conduct in the NT. Mr Riches has worked in operational and corporate roles, including as a police officer, solicitor, Director of Legal Services and Chief Executive Officer before his appointment as the Deputy Independent Commissioner Against Corruption in South Australia.
Deputy Chief Executive - Matthew Grant is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and leads the operations of the Office of the ICAC, including Prevention and Engagement, Assessments, Investigations and Corporate Services. Mr Grant has more than 25 years' experience working in highly sensitive and complex environments that include the Western Australia Crime and Corruption Commission and the Australian Federal Police.
Director Investigations - Jason Blake is the Director Investigations and leads the Investigation unit. Mr Blake has more than 23 years' experience working in the Northern Territory Police, including 10 years as the Officer in Charge of the Major Fraud Squad. He also holds a Masters in Accounting, as well as a Masters in Business Administration. He is a qualified accountant and full fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants.
